This humorous application clearly shows the potential of SoftGrippers. Special materials, such as a broomstick in this case, can be gripped easily with the pneumatic gripper. In combination with an articulated-arm robot, a wide variety of pick-and-place tasks can be automated.
The SoftGrippers are made of FDA-compliant material and the base can also be painted with a special FDA-compliant lacquer on request.
