GALAXEA LITE1 | Humanoid Robot | 23 DOF
GALAXEA LITE1 – Lightweight Full-Scenario Humanoid Robot
GALAXEA LITE1 is a full-stack humanoid robot for lightweight multi-scenario adaptation. It stands 165 cm tall, with single-arm max payload 5 kg (without gripper) and single-arm weight ≤7.5 kg. Equipped with 6-DOF dual arms, 3-DOF torso and 6-DOF omni-directional chassis, it has 23 DOF total. Its head (≈1.8 kg) has manual pitch adjustment (-20°~12°), standard 1 DOF, optional 3 DOF.
Built on modular architecture and open-source ecosystem, it supports secondary development: optional parallel jaw gripper (mounting flange, wiring: DC 24V/2A, RS-485) for arms; optional HD stereo camera, voice interaction module for head; optional lifting module for torso.
Applicable to material grasping, inspection, commercial services, education, data collection and single-robot deployment. With open-source dataset advantages, it serves as an excellent hardware platform for embodied intelligence research, providing lightweight solutions for multi-scenario efficient collaboration.
Highlight

(1)Lightweight Body with Balanced High Load Capacity for Flexible Deployment : With a height of 165cm and a single-arm weight of ≤7.5kg, the lightweight design significantly lowers the deployment threshold, enabling flexible adaptation to narrow working spaces. Meanwhile, the single arm can achieve a maximum load of 5kg, paired with 23 full-body degrees of freedom (6-DOF dual arms + 3-DOF torso + 6-DOF omnidirectional mobile chassis), balancing flexible operation and load-bearing capacity. It is easy to drag manually and can be quickly put into use without complex tooling.
(2)Cost-Effective Choice with Easy Maintenance : Adopting a standardized joint module design, it is easy to maintain and has low replacement costs, offering greater cost-effectiveness compared to products of the same level. Equipped with a harmonic reducer and combined with the "joint torque estimation + end effector 6-axis force sensor" hybrid solution, the force control accuracy can reach ±0.3N. It can not only meet the needs of conventional collaborative scenarios such as light sorting and 3C assembly but also effectively control hardware costs, making it suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and entry-level scientific research scenarios.
(3)Intelligent and Convenient, Ready to Use Out of the Box : Equipped with the Galaxea G0 Plus dual-system VLA model, it supports "slow thinking - fast execution" end-to-end operation. It has a built-in world's first "universal grasping" out-of-the-box Demo, which can complete visual recognition, semantic understanding and precise grasping through natural language or vague instructions with smooth and non-laggy operation. It supports offline programming and visual guidance, requiring no precise tooling, adapting to unstructured scenarios such as bulk material grasping, and greatly reducing operation and development thresholds.
