AgiBot A3 | Humanoid Robot | 31DOF

The AGIBOT A3 Developer has 31 active degrees of freedom, distributed across the neck, arms, waist and legs. A peak joint torque of 320 Nm and a peak power output of 12 kW support dynamic movement sequences. The humanoid robot can reach speeds of up to 1.8 m/s when walking and up to 5 m/s when running. Each arm can move a load of up to 5 kg using its actuator. The structure, made from magnesium alloy, titanium alloy and flexible TPU, combines a total weight of 55 kg with a body height of 173 cm. The power-to-weight ratio is 0.218 kW/kg.

The AGIBOT A3 Developer uses two RGB cameras, GPS and UWB positioning with an accuracy of less than ±10 cm. An 8-channel microphone array, with four microphones on both the front and rear, enables omnidirectional audio recording. Shoulder touch sensors, an interactive screen, two 5 W speakers, a chest breathing light and ear interaction lights complement the voice and multimodal interaction. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G and 5G provide wireless communication. Dual-module 5G and dual-SIM support mobile connections.

The AGIBOT A3 Developer provides an open platform for secondary development, proprietary software, custom algorithms and bespoke integrations. RK3588 and RK3588S modules handle interaction and motion control. LinkCraft enables movements to be generated, recorded and shared in real time. Voice-to-Action converts text input into synchronised movement and audio commands. A handheld remote control, OTA upgrades and open interfaces complement the development environment. The product is supplied with demonstration hands.

The AGIBOT A3 Developer’s group control software supports Windows, macOS and Linux. Users can centrally configure movements, expressions, speech and formations. More than 100 robots can be controlled in a coordinated manner via UWB. The dual battery system offers a capacity of 1,152 Wh, up to ten hours’ runtime and hot-swap battery replacement within ten seconds. Charging takes up to two hours. The redundant design ensures a stable power supply. The platform has been tested in 92 automotive-grade tests and is designed for a service life of up to three years.
