QKM vibration plate | QFF

The flexible infeed system is available in five infeed sizes and three storage location sizes. It is used to store and separate loose parts so that they can be easily picked up by a robot. The QFF system is suitable for handling products with a size of 2-170 mm, which are often used in the assembly, material handling and quality control of large, irregular materials such as toy bricks, medical devices and automotive parts, etc. These conveyors utilise flexible vibratory technology to solve the challenges of aligning and feeding irregular, delicate or precise parts that are difficult to process with traditional vibratory bowl feeders. It is designed to meet flexible production requirements, especially for small batch sizes and a wide variety of parts.
