Q-botics Welding Cobot
The collaborative welding robot is available in variants with 5 kg or 10 kg payload and reach up to 1455 mm. It delivers high precision down to ±0.02 mm, supports welding currents up to 500 A and handles carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Rated IP65 with collision detection, it ensures safe, stable industrial operation.
The system uses an AUCTECH welding software with integrated welding process and parameter libraries. Programming is simplified by drag teaching with force control and a quick programming button. Communication via Modbus TCP and Analog/EtherCAT interfaces enables integration with common welding sources and external axes for flexible automation setups.
Ideal for arc welding, multi-pass welding, small batch production and confined workspaces.
