Room Gantry Robot for Precise and Flexible Automation

The drylin® room gantry robot delivers ±0.5 mm positioning accuracy and is available in sizes up to 3000 × 3000 × 750 mm. With a max payload of 10 kg, speed of 1 m/s, and up to 20 picks/min, it’s perfect for dynamic tasks.

Equipped with igus® Robot Control featuring an interactive 3D interface, it supports ROS, Modbus TCP/IP, LabVIEW, and digital I/Os. The control system is available as a cabinet or DIN rail version, ensuring seamless integration into automation setups.

Ideal for pick & place, lab automation, packaging, and assembly. A cost-effective, low-maintenance solution for SMEs, research labs, and industrial production.
